Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label.

Pack Your Jewelry

Securely place your items in the original gorjana packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
